There are currently various problems with some telephone calls coming into and out of campus. Verizon users cannot call into campus (on campus users can call out to local Verizon numbers). Some AT&T phones are not able to be called from on-campus. AT&T users can call into campus. Phone calls between campus phones and local (423) numbers are workers as expected. On-campus telephones cannot make long distance calls.
ETSU's phone service provider has been contacted and is actively working to correct these issues.
