Run errands including taking and picking up the mail. Make copies of correspondence and other printed material. Collect account payments, create receipts (you will be responsible for all payments you handle). Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management Light cleaning of clinical areas i.e. dusting, vacuuming etc.
